The Parvovirus B19 ViraStripe® is an immunoblot intented for the assessment of antibody status, for the differentiation of infection phases and for the identification of the putative time point of infection with parvovirus B19. Seronegative women, infected during pregnancy, may risk a spontaneous abortion, a Hydrops fetalis or an intrauterinary child death. The Parvovirus B19 ViraStripe® carries linear and conformational antigen epitopes. With this unique combination, band patterns correlate precisely with the corresponding phase of parvovirus B19 infection.
ANA ViraStripe® IgG
The ANA ViraStripe® is an immunoblot intented for the confirmation and the differentiation of systemic autoimmune diseases by qualitative and semiquantitative IgG autoantibody detection against 12 nuclear and cytoplasmatic autoantigens, associated with most connective tissue diseases. To garantee an optimal diagnostic security, the ANA ViraStripe® carries a DNA specificity control band for assessing the specific reactivity of the dsDNA band. |
