ANA ViraStripe® IgG test kit
Immunoassay for the qualitative detection of IgG specific autoantibodies to nuclear and cytoplasmic antigens in human serum within the scope of autoimmune diagnostics for confirmation and differentiation of connective tissue diseases.
The ANA ViraStripe® is an immunoblot carrying 12 highly purified autoantigens: dsDNA, Sm, Sm/RNP, PCNA, P0, SS-A 52, SS-A 60, SS-B, Scl-70, CENP B, Jo-1 und PM/Scl. The control section of each strip includes a serum control, three conjugate controls and a cut off control. Additionally, the analytical section contains a DNA specificity control for assessing the specific reactivity of the dsDNA band.
