EBV ViraChip®

EBV ViraChip ® IgG, IgM Test Kit

The EBV ViraChip® IgG and IgM are protein microarrays for the qualitative detection of IgG und IgM antibodies against specific Epstein-Barr Virus Capsid (VCA gp125 und VCA p18) and Early (EA-D p54) antigens in human serum. Additionally, IgG antibodies against the nuclear (EBNA1) antigen 1 can be detected with the EBV ViraChip® IgG Test Kit.

Charactersitic spot-triplet constellations in IgG and IgM allow interpretations for clear diagnostic results which correlate with the different phases of an EBV infection.

The EBV ViraChip® IgG and IgM Test Kits are composed of 96 single breakable wells each placed in a standard microtiter plate. The test procedure can be performed with common ELISA processors. The ViraChip® Software controls the entire process including the interpretation of results.
